Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most products, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. For your safety and ours, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Power meters (due to calibration requirements)
  • Bottom brackets (once installed)
  • Cassettes (if the packaging seal is broken)

Note: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Components showing signs of installation or wear cannot be accepted.
